At LU Club, we are committed to ensuring a transparent, secure, and seamless luxury watch trading experience. Due to the exclusive nature of our platform, we have a strict yet fair refund and returns policy to protect both buyers and sellers.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

LU Club facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers, ensuring authenticity and quality. However, due to the nature of high-value luxury watches, all sales are final except in the following cases:
  • Authentication Issues: If the received watch is found to be counterfeit or does not match the details provided during the listing, a return and full refund will be processed after verification.
  • Significant Discrepancies: If the watch received significantly differs from the listing description (wrong model, missing components, undisclosed damage), buyers may be eligible for a return.
  • Damage During Shipping: If a watch arrives damaged due to transit issues, buyers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for investigation.

2. Refund & Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Verification & Inspection
Our team will assess the claim by verifying the authenticity, condition, and discrepancies of the watch. This process may take up to 5-7 business days.

Step 3: Return Approval & Process
  • If the return is approved, the buyer will receive instructions on how to ship the watch back securely.
  • The watch must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all accompanying documents and accessories.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the watch, LU Club will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

To maintain the exclusivity and security of our platform, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
  • Watches sold under the “Final Sale” category.
  • Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase.
  • Returns requested beyond the 48-hour return window.
  • Accessories, watch straps, and customized pieces.
  • Any purchase made through direct seller-to-buyer negotiation outside LU Club.

4. Seller Protection Policy

Sellers on LU Club are protected from fraudulent returns. Once a watch has been authenticated and delivered as described, sales are final, and no returns will be accepted unless a valid dispute is raised within 48 hours of receipt.
