Technical Inspection and Document Delivery

The Buyer has inspected the watch and confirmed that it is in good condition and conforms to the agreed specifications.
The Buyer has the right to inspect the item before completing the purchase to ensure its quality and conformity to the description, in accordance with the Seller’s regulations.
The Seller is obligated to deliver all documents related to the watch to the Buyer upon completion of the sale.

Warranties on the Item

The Seller guarantees that the watch is free from any third-party rights or obligations and is not subject to any liens or financial claims.
The Seller guarantees that the item is authentic and not counterfeit, providing all documents confirming this.

Inspection Provided by the Seller

The inspection provided by the Seller is not considered final or comprehensive. The Buyer has the right to inspect the item based on their knowledge, under the Seller’s regulations, and the inspection issued by the Seller shall not be used against them.

Return and Replacement Policy

Returns or replacements are not permitted after the completion of the sale, except in cases where defects are found in the watch.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall be granted to the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to resolve the matter.

Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer is obligated to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
